Usage & care:

1. Before every use, soak the whisk in hot water for 60-90 seconds.

2. Scrape off the sides of the bowl to mix your matcha in.

3. Whisk the matcha in "M" or "Z" shape using your wrist.

4. Rinse the whisk bristles with warm water.

5. Place the clean whisk on the whisk holder (Chasen-tate) to dry.
